REGISTRATION FEES

• Registration fees include participation in coffee breaks and meeting documents.
• VAT will be added to the stated prices.

ACCOMMODATION FEES

• Check-in: 14 May, Check-out: 17 May (3-night package).
• Breakfast and lunch are included; dinners are not included.

TRANSFER FEES

For cancellations made before 17 March 2026, a refund will be issued after deducting one night's accommodation fee.

* Hotel reservation cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
* The final cancellation date is 17 March 2026. For cancellations made by 17 March 2026, refunds will be processed after deducting bank fees and one night's charge. No refunds will be made for cancellations after 17 March 2026.
* The final payment date is 9 May 2026.
* According to the decision of the Association Board of Directors, all payments must be completed before the symposium.
